How to update your payment method
Keeping your payment method up to date helps prevent failed payments and hosting interruptions.
Step 1: Open the billing page
Go to https://hostluma.co.uk/billing.
Step 2: Request a secure portal link
Enter the billing email address linked to your Host Luma customer account.
Step 3: Open the billing portal
Click the secure link sent to your email.
Step 4: Update payment method
Inside the Stripe billing portal, open the payment method section and add or replace your card.
Step 5: Save changes
Confirm the new payment method is saved before closing the portal.
When to update payment details
Your card expired.
Your bank issued a replacement card.
A payment failed.
You want future invoices charged to a different card.
Important notes
Host Luma does not need your full card number. Payment details are managed securely through Stripe.
