How invoices and receipts work
Host Luma billing is handled through Stripe, which provides invoices and receipts for subscription payments.
Where to find invoices
Go to https://hostluma.co.uk/billing and request a secure billing portal link using your billing email address.
Inside the billing portal
Open invoice history to view previous invoices and receipts connected to your subscription.
Email receipts
Stripe may also email receipts automatically to the billing email address after successful payment.
What invoices are useful for
Business records.
Bookkeeping.
Proof of payment.
Checking subscription amounts and billing dates.
If an invoice looks wrong
Contact Host Luma support with the invoice date, billing email address and the issue you noticed.
Important notes
Do not send card details by email. Billing changes should be completed inside the secure billing portal.
